Shane Storey is a highly experienced tax accountant and property investor, with over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. He is the Managing Director of Storey & Associates Ltd, a Palmerston North-based accounting firm that supports more than 1,000 clients across New Zealand.
Known for his humour, practical advice, and ability to explain complex financial topics in plain English, Shane helps investors understand what’s really going on behind the numbers. His presentation “Trick or Treat” explores the surprising truths and common traps in property taxation — and how to make sure your investments are structured to work for you, not against you.
